Project goal: To provide teletext services to tv stations that don't have the money to buy a commercial teletext (or VBI) inserter Status: The current status is that the project goal is met with the following restrictions - Only one TV line can be used to transmit data, so transmitting a full page of data takes 1 second - Has been tested only on an nVidia 6200 with the proprietary linux driver - Only teletext level 1 has been implemented. No fancy stuff yet - On an AMD Duron 800 the CPU usage is about 3.5% |
